Decorations at a wedding do not go unnoticed quite the opposite to say the least. Setting the scene for this special day will no doubt take a lot of careful planning. This part of the wedding is about choice, yours.
Who is behind the organizing of the wedding decorations well normally it is the bride her friends and family that make decisions on what is best suited. No doubt the bride will let the groom know of her intentions for what is best at their wedding. Grooms are usually quite happy to let his future bride take control. Heaven forbid should he beg to differ and oppose her decision before the marriage is consummated who knows it may never will (Joke)
Is your wedding going to be formal or casual? Are you seeking traditional. These factors will help you when choosing what candles, flowers etc are needed for the decorations.
Colour coordination is important take into consideration the colour chosen in the fabrics of your entourage, we can not have a clash at your bash.
On helping you decide it is a good idea to take a couple of snapshots of the chapel or venue where the reception or service is to be held. You can then visualize how you would like it decorated. This can be a good thing for some but don’t let your imagination run wild.
When to put the decorations up is a good question, at least two hours before is appropriate. Weddings are about timing so keep this in mind for the erection of the wedding decorations. The hall you have booked for the occasion may have catered for another event before yours so this will all have to be cleared away before you start on your preparations.
Remember to keep in mind the more decorations at your wedding the less space, a cluttered atmosphere full of balloons flowers ribbons and so on can spoil an image instead of enhance it.
Decorating the stage instead of the dance floor is a perfect way to give of the sign that all decorations erected was arranged and directed by common sense.
Small table centrepiece decorations instead of large are more apt, there is nothing more infuriating having to pop your head round a mass of foliage to see the guest sitting opposite.
Wedding decorations whether cheap or expensive really does not matter; it is all about display exposure. If wedding decorations are implemented with style then you have perfection
If budget is an issue speak with the wedding venue principal and ask if other weddings are to take place the same day. If so make your move and coordinate with the couple using the venue before or after you. The reason being is their selection of wedding accessories maybe ideally suited to what you had in mind for your ceremony or reception; ask them if they would consider sharing costs.
This surely is a practical move if your pocket is the one in control. Do not be embarrassed to approach the other couple on the matter as they may well be thinking the same this is no time to procrastinate.
After hours of research I found this fabulous site and hey what do you know everything you could possibly need is all here to make your wedding day special..Well worth a visit dont just take my word for it www.your-wedding-planning-help.com.

Each and every year around 2.5 million weddings take place
nationwide. This means that the number of weddings that will
take place in your immediate area is astounding. Your wedding
plans are going to be affected by number of factors, because
many more weddings will happen at or around the same time as
your wedding.
If you want even the tiniest little detail to be taken care of
at your wedding, it’s recommended that you hire a wedding
planner. Hiring a wedding planner can save you a lot of time and
money. The wedding planner will help you coordinate your wedding
and the most important of all the wedding planner will save you
from frustration.
So, what is a wedding planner anyway, and what does the wedding
planner do?
A wedding planner (sometimes called a wedding consultant,
wedding coordinator or a wedding producer) is hired to help the
bride and groom coordinate a wide variety of tasks associated
with their wedding. Planning your wedding can get vary
frustrating at times, which on the other hand will make you
forget about the fun that you need to have at your wedding. So,
it is a good idea to spend a little bit more on a wedding
planner to make sure your wedding day goes smooth.
A wedding planner can help plan many aspects of your wedding,
including DJs, floral arrangements, cake, seating arrangements,
invitations, photography, and so on. In some cases, a wedding
planner might be able to use his or her industry connections
with vendors to get you a good deal on many things.
The wedding planner will conduct an interview with the
bride-to-be and the groom-to-be, and then coordinate the details
of the wedding that have been agreed upon. A good wedding
planner will be able to assist in organizing, budgeting and
purchasing services for your wedding. A good wedding planner
after the interview will put a contract together that you and
him or her need to sign. Without a contract there’s a lot of
room for misunderstanding and confusion of what was agreed
between you and your wedding planner.
In the contract or often referred to as a letter of agreement,
the wedding planner will include the services that the he or she
is expected to perform, the cost of these services and the
payment terms.
When you receive the contract, if there’s anything you do not
agree with or anything not to your desire, discuss it with your
wedding planner before signing it. When you sign the contract,
you and your soon to-be wedding planner have to agree on all of
the items listed to avoid any possible misunderstanding. But
remember: even though you have been through the interview
process, you are not obligated to continue with that particular
wedding planner until you sign the contract.
So, how can you find a wedding planner, and not just any wedding
planner, but a good wedding planner?
Nowadays, it’s probably the easiest to find a wedding planner on
the Internet. But, it’s best if you know anyone who had had a
wedding planner for their wedding. Referrals are always the best.
But, even if you have to seek help from the Internet or the
yellow pages, when looking for a wedding planner, be sure to ask
for his or her credentials. Ask for references from each of your
potential wedding planners and research their past work. Also,
ask to see a few other weddings your potential wedding planner
has prepared. This will help you make a decision very easily
whether you like the style of that particular wedding planner or
you need to seek another one. Keep a lookout for the wedding
planner you’d like, and don’t hesitate to ask family and friends
for suggestions.
Some of the advantages of hiring a wedding planner are, of
course saving you from frustration; money savings, since most
wedding planners have connections in the industry; solving your
wedding problems; low stress since your wedding planner is there
to pick up the slack should a problem arises.
But, there could also be some disadvantages, such as:
overconfident (ego) wedding planner may try to convince you into
having a wedding of “his or her dreams” and not the wedding of
your dreams. If you’re a person who likes to be known or to show
off, hiring a wedding planner may not be a good idea as they
will be in charge of your wedding. Another disadvantage could be
that you may accidentaly hire a scam artist who may not have
done any weddings while broadcasting his or her enormous
experience. That’s why it is vital to do a thorough research on
the wedding planners of your interest.
So, how much does a wedding planner cost?
If you hire a wedding planner expect their fee to be anywhere
between 5% and up to 20% of your total wedding budget. At the
end of the day it will be your decision whether you want to
concentrate on the fun that you will have at your wedding while
your wedding planner takes care of the details, or you want to
be in charge of the details that will make hiring a wedding
planner a waste of money.
Have fun interviewing those wedding planners.

She looked absolutely beautiful as she walked down the aisle. She absolutely glowed with happiness. She looked like royalty as she walked towards the groom with her train flowing behind her.
As the ceremony progressed, it was the photographer who would fuss over the bride’s train. He would adjust it as the bride moved so that it would look great for the pictures. He even held it for her when she had to negotiate the steps for the wedding pictures.
Ladies, a couple of things you should know about having a train on your dress:
- It is heavier than it looks so you may need assistance if you want it to flow behind you all the time.
- It does not move smoothly by itself and is bound to catch on objects without your supervision.
Actually, the task of making sure that your train falls or flows properly goes to your maid or matron of honor, unless you have page boys. Think of her as your personal assistant on this day. She should anticipate that you won’t be able to reach back and fix it yourself, and therefore, keep an eye on it.
There is also a proper way to carry a train. Never, ever, bunch it up - oh what an unpleasant sight! If you can’t detach it and don’t plan to change outfits, here are some ways to handle your extension:
- Have your pageboys or chief bridesmaid or groom carry it around while you mingle (very tiring work).
- Have your designer put a loop on the side of the train that you can slip onto your fingers. That will help you gather it in to better maneuver during your reception.
- Ask your maid or matron of honor to help you gather it so that you can carry it over your arm. The best way to do this is for her to pick up the end of the train in the middle (so the end is draped in half), then she’ll bring the folded train forward and drape it over your arm. The train will now flow down the dress then curve up and under to your arm.
Follow these tips and you’ll remain the elegant bride you should be on your special day!

Capturing the perfect wedding day video takes more than just luck. There are a number of factors involved that should be considered when you’re planning your wedding video whether you’re the one behind or in front of the camera.
1. Experience
Make sure the videographer has considerable experience, has just about seen it all and can anticipate what is about to happen in order to capture events as they unfold. Take note of any recommendations from people you know or testimonials to this regard.
2. Communication
The videographer must be prepared to liaise with other people who have key roles in your day, from the photographer to the hotel manager, in order to be alerted to upcoming highlights such as cutting the cake and the speeches as well as ensuring s/he is updated of any changes to the schedule.
3. Post Editing
The video service should be able to provide additional interesting extras, such as background music and slow motion shots, which will give your finished video a professional and polished touch, distinguishing it from a regular home movie.
4. Expertise
The wedding video should be a professional piece of work, make sure that as well as having top quality equipment, the videographer also advocates technical knowledge such as an understanding of white balance, manual focus and shutter speeds. Ask to see examples of their work to judge the picture quality for yourself.
5. Lighting
When discussing locations for the wedding day, ensure that the videographer has lighting equipment suitable for indoor filming and will be able to transport it to each venue, to ensure each picture is evenly lit and exposed.
6. Sound
Ask if it is possible for the groom to wear a tie-clip microphone in order to pick up both sets of vows being made. Even the most confident of couples can be softly spoken when exchanging vows and this is the most important moment in your marriage ceremony that will want to be relived. This inconspicuous device will record voices onto the video, which may otherwise be lost.
7. Discretion
The ideal videographer will be unobtrusive and record the day without becoming a feature of it. Choose someone who understands the sensitivity needed to get all the shots whilst remaining invisible. Look for comments highlighting this ability when checking recommendations.

There is a lot of talk about alpha male in the articles. Who is an alpha male? Somebody who looks very confident, a winner, has animal appeal, knows how to attract women and leads from the front. Unfortunately most of us are not alpha males. I wonder how many of our romantic poets were alpha males? What to do if you are not an alpha male? How to be a romantic?
What is romance? In simple English to be in romance means to love each other intensely. It does not mean anything more than that. How do you get a girl to fall in love with you that is intense and passionate? For that is it necessary to have looks like a movie star? No. What it needs is intensity in the eyes. Create intensity in your eyes. Let your eyes give that come hither look. Let your eyes have that dreamy look. Let your eyes speak about your love. Gaze into the eyes of your beloved without speaking a word for few minutes and you will win her forever.
What about words and voice? Do you need to have husky voice and great vocabulary? No. Does saying I Love You need great vocabulary? It is the way you speak that affects the hormones. Make your voice as love filled as possible. Let the girl feel very special with your words. Let her feel that she is the princess and you are trying to win her over. Speak few words. But speak them with a voice full of love and care. Handle her as if she is as fragile as a china piece. Treat her as if she is more precious than the whole world. Let her feel very wanted. Let her feel loved. Let her feel the love and let her dream of that. Take her to a world with your voice and actions to a world she had never dreamt of. She will be yours forever.
