So what’s this about water coolers for pets? Now that’s going a bit too far wouldn’t you say. Well, not according to the water delivery company. Alongside their bottled and bottle-less water coolers, the company also sells mini dispensers which sit over pet bowls. This may seem a ridiculous idea. Imagine your cat sashaying to their water bowl to take a glug from the cooler. Really?.. Actually it’s a very sensible idea. My cat often complains about the state of her water. Call it neglect (its not but call it that if you like), but it doesn’t take long for her water bowl to develop a layer of scummy like stuff on its surface, when the water has been exposed to the dust and particles flying around the house, it would be a miracle if the water remained crystal clear. A water dispenser can sense when the level of water has gone down, and refills it with fresh water as soon as this becomes necessary. This way you can afford to be out of the house for twenty four hours, without worrying that your cat or dog will get dehydrated. It’s an extremely convenient contraption and a bargain to boot.
