Disaster Preparedness: Remember These Flood Disaster Survival Tips

Filed under: Security Info — admin @ 8:42 pm

The dangers of a flood are always the obvious ones. Floodwaters are liable to contain toxic chemicals and will inevitably spawn dangerous bacteria. Only if you have your own supply of fresh water for drinking and washing can you keep any cuts or open sores from infection from floodwater-borne microorganisms. Follow the below precautions for you and your family’s safety.

If you need to walk through floodwater only do so wearing boots or waders high enough to protect you from the water. Wash your hands with soap and clean, safe water completely and often. If available, use antibacterial soap, especially when preparing food or eating. Children who suck their thumb or those too young to know the danger are at risk of hand to mouth infection.

Drink no water except bottled water until the water supply has been deemed safe by local officials. Even following the water supply being declared safe, water lines to your home must be disinfected.

Structures that have been flooded can be dangerous. Ceilings can cave in, floors give way and the entire building can collapse with no warning. Have your home inspected by a professional and certified safe for you and your family before moving back in.

If you live in a flood-prone area, keep a waterproof flood survival kit in your home, with the following items:
Bottled water, ready-to-eat foods, drinks that don’t require refrigeration, first aid equipment, extra medications, rubber boots, heavy shoes, dry clothing, thermal blankets, flashlights, extra batteries, a battery-operated radio, plastic bags for trash and smaller sealable bags for keeping things dry or just keeping things together and a small set of vitall tools including: a sharp pocket knife, razor-blade knife, adjustable-wrenches, assorted screwdrivers, adjustable pliers and channel-locks, rope, twine and bailing wire, duct tape, electrical tape.

Standing water next to the outside walls of the house could indicate the structure or foundation’s integrity has been compromised it is unsafe to enter. You must have the house inspected by professionals and certified safe for you and your family.

Walk around the outside of the house, looking for loose power lines and signs of gas leaks. You may not be able to smell a broken gas line, but you can probably hear the hiss of escaping gas. If you see, hear or smell anything suspect, call the utility company or emergency services.

Do not light matches, use lighters, smoke or use candles, gas lanterns, camp stoves, or any other open flame around the house until it has been inspected and declared free of any flammable fumes or other fire hazards.

The Glycemic Index is Your Key to Weight Control

Filed under: House Of Health — admin @ 8:26 am

How is our society doing today?

Let’s look at some facts. Today, two out of three adults in the United States and a staggering number of children are overweight. It is expected that, if current trends continue, 1 out of 3 children born today will develop type II diabetes. The rates of heart disease, stroke, depression, diabetes and many other chronic degenerative illnesses are rising. In fact, 1 out of 5 high school age children already have the beginning stages of cardiovascular disease in their arteries! I could go on for pages with these depressing statistics but hopefully I have made the point - We are not healthy.

Why is this the case? That’s really not a very difficult question to answer: too much low quality food and not enough physical activity. There have been thousands of studies to support this conclusion. Don’t believe what you read in the media headlines about the latest ground breaking diet pills or wonder drugs. There aren’t any truly legitimate fast fixes. If you want to regain your health and stay healthy it’s going to take some work. But you can start with small steps by changing a couple of simple things on a daily basis. Before long you’ll be amazed at how much better you feel. Let’s take a look at what we can do with our diets.

Why are we so fat?

Again, the answer to this question is somewhat obvious. We eat too much of the wrong kinds of food. Let me talk about something called the ‘glycemic index’. This is a measure of how fast a food burns in your body and how fast it spikes your blood sugar after you eat. A high glycemic food burns fast and raises you blood sugar quickly and a low glycemic food burns slow and raises your blood sugar slowly. High glycemic foods are full of simple sugars, like high-fructose corn syrup and low glycemic foods have more fiber and complex sugars like those you get from whole grains and vegetables.

Why is this important? This is really your key to weight control. Your body needs to maintain your blood sugar in a very tight window. If you are always eating high glycemic foods then your blood sugar goes up fast and your body needs to take drastic measures to bring it down by spiking your insulin levels, a hormone that decreases blood sugar. This has the effect of crashing your blood sugar back down and this makes you feel very tired after you eat. It also makes you feel hungry again too soon because your blood sugar falls below normal and you crave something sweet to bring it up again - repeating the whole cycle. If you do this for many years, eventually your body stops reacting to its own insulin and you become pre-diabetic and have trouble maintaining your weight. If you pay attention to the glycemic index and eat foods that burn slowly you will have steady energy levels throughout the day, not get hungry as often, and not send yourself down the path toward diabetes. If you already have diabetes, then you probably know that low glycemic foods can help you maintain your blood sugar levels within the appropriate range. This is an extremely important concept in managing your weight. Forget all the crazy diets that don’t work, just pay attention to this and you’ll find yourself losing weight naturally.

Wishing you Good Health.

Drop Shipping Beginner Intermediate Advanced

Filed under: Better Business — admin @ 9:34 pm

Drop shipping is neither a sport nor a game. It is a business. And in business, customers neither want to deal with beginners nor intermediates.

Customers want advanced service, advanced communications and advanced reliability. Simply stated they want to deal with someone in the advanced class.

When you start your drop shipping business it is like jumping into the middle of the ocean. If you are a beginner, you will simply drown. If you are intermediate enough to stay on the surface, your competitors will try to put you under. And you will be torn apart from below by the sharks out there that prey on the newcomer. It is not the time to start learning how to survive. You must be advanced before you jump into drop shipping.

More than 95% of the drop shipping businesses fail within the first year. There are many reasons. But generally it can be said that they did not have enough experience to understand how tough business really is.

Business is a constant war. You will be fighting competition for your market share. You will be fight competition for search engine position. You will be fighting to survive every day and it will never stop.

You will have to be set up to survive the fight. You have to start your drop shipping business in the advanced mode.

How do you jump from business level beginner to business level advanced? You do a business plan!

A properly written business plan is more than a writing exercise that you put in a soon forgotten book.

First it is a beginners training manual. In writing your business plan, you are forced to think through the details of what you must do to compete in the market.

For example, it will make you think about what is your unique selling proposition. Remember that tens of thousands of other drop shippers like you may be advertising the same products as you. You have to create yourself some unique position in the market to outsell them..

Second it is a test procedure that takes you from beginner’s status to intermediate status. If you work up a proper financial analysis, you will actually confirm what your costs will be and what you will get for the money that you pay.

Also test to see if the drop shipper really delivers. Order something and check what happens. Just consider the disaster if set up your entire business around a drop shipper and find that the supplier is unreliable.

Third it is a procedure manual that you will follow when you run your business. It should contain your tutorials, source materials and the miscellany you found important when doing your research. It is your reference book. It is your planning and work procedure manual.

As soon as you start to work your plan, you are in the intermediate mode. That means as soon as you start spending money. Every spend should be in accordance with your plan.

You have to be planned to keep control of your budget. You will run into a lot of sharks just looking to separate you from your money with promises of everything that you really know is not possible but will likely buy if you are not working your plan. If you are not careful you will be soon over budget and wasting money that you could better use on something else.

It is in this mode that you get your web site finished and on line under your company name. And it is in this mode that you start testing it on friends.

When you think that it is ready, it is time for the final exam. Have several friends, family and anyone else that you can find make test orders from your site. Have them make comments on your site.

This is a real time test run of your business. You will find where the holes are. Go back, rework your plan and test it again. Test until your helpers and you are satisfied. You will not believe how trying this experience is. Endure it. It can mean the difference between success and failure.

Once you think that there is nothing more to be gained in testing, you are advanced enough to go live. You should now be prepared to make a good first impression on your visitors and start making sales. Yes, you will make changes, but you will have a chance to survive.

Think advanced, start advanced and be advanced.

Cable TV And Satellite TV - Which Is The Better System?

Filed under: Product Info — admin @ 9:27 pm

Cable TV and satellite TV - which is the better system? There’s a battle going on between Cable TV and Satellite TV. Today, consumers have a choice between conventional cable TV, digital cable TV, and all-digital satellite TV. Do you want to know which of the TV system is best for you? Lets compare cable TV and satellite TV head-to-head here.

First, some general things about Cable TV and Satellite TV:

Cable TV & Digital Cable TV

It is obvious that the conventional cable TV are by far the least advanced. Compare to satellite TV, cable TV provides limited features to their customers. Hence, most cable companies now are pushing hard to get their customers on their digital systems in order to compete with satellite TV providers in the market. Digital cable television has many advantages over conventional cable. Through digital cable signals, consumers are able to get high-speed internet access and video on demand, as well as hundreds of cable channel choices.

Satellite TV

Most of the features offered by digital cable TV are offered by satellite TV. Example? Major dish networks offer their own version of high-speed internet through broadband. DirecTV has DirecWay , and DISH Network has partnered with EarthLink to bring high-speed internet to their customers. Besides, satellite TV providers also provide electronic program guides, parental controls, and automated timers.

Here are major comparisons of cable TV and satellite TV:

Cable TV vs Satellite TV: Popularity

Both Cable TV and Satellite TV are popular. Although cable still is more popular overall, satellite TV has made huge gains on cable TV. Equipment Cable TV systems require a cable to be installed from the network to your house. If your street has no cable you may need to wait a while before it is available in your area. Besides the cable you need a receiver. With digital services you need an additional box. Satellite TV requires a satellite dish, a receiver and a cable from the dish to your TV (no digging in your garden).

Cable TV vs Satellite TV: Reception Quality

Cable TV and satellite TV used totally different systems for signal transfering. Cable TV has analog channels and even though you can upgrade to digital services, analog channels will still be analog, meaning an often fuzzy picture. Satellite TV is completely digital, which gives you all the advantages of digital systems. Very heavy rain or snow can obstruct reception briefly, but generally this happens very rarely. Reception quality is much better with Satellite TV.

Cable TV vs Satellite TV: Programming

Cable TV and satellite TV both served high quality programming channels. Cable TV can handle up to 260 channels. Satellite TV can handle more channels. Also, Satellite TV is more advanced in HDTV (High Definition Television) services.

Cable TV vs Satellite TV: Pricing

Pricing for cable TV and satellite TV have huge differences. Satellite TV is less expensive than Cable TV due to many additional costs that are related to Cable TV: franchise fees, taxes, plus costs for any pay per view services, and equipment costs. Dish Network Programming Package starts at only $29.99 per month.

Cable TV vs Satellite TV: Interactive Services

In general Satellite TV has more interactive services than Cable TV. Digital services like Dish Network’s DVR (Digital Video Recorder) which gives the option to rewind while recording even in live broadcasts, EPG (Electronic Program Guide), Instant Weather, video on demand, etc. are all available on Satellite TV, but not all are available on Cable TV.

Cable TV vs Satellite TV: High Speed Internet

Cable has high speed broadband internet services. Satellite has this too, but is somewhat slower. DirecTV: offers Direcway High Speed Internet, which is ultra fast but somewhat expensive. Overall conclusion: Satellite TV is less expensive, has better picture quality (digital signal) and gives you more channels and programming options than cable TV.

I believe that currently satellite TV providers are giving a better services with a lower price. Satellite TV apparently is a must if you want excellent picture quality, fantastic value with excellent features and varieties in TV programming. There are lots more of satellite TV benefits to be talked about, in case you want to find it oput your self, I suggest this site to be viewed: http://www.satellitetvissue.com

The Jewelry Hut: How to Buy Jewelry Gems

Filed under: Jewelry & More — admin @ 4:59 pm

Before buying any jewelry with gems, you want to familiarize yourself with the various terms used with various gems. Most important, check over the terms used for substitute gems, especially those of any gems in which you might be interested. Although no reliable jeweler would knowingly pass off one gem for another, if you are going to shop around you are going to have to expect to run into jewelers who may be less fussy.

Keep in mind that you cannot always tell what gem is by looking at it. Emeralds are green. Also, Tourmalines are green, and that name itself comes from the Singhalese word for mixed gems. Smoky quartz can outwardly resemble the more precious smoky topaz. Then, there are the gems of which few consumers have heard, like spinel.

There is no rule of thumb of what you can expect to pay. Any price list today is out of date before it is printed. The only way you can tell what is a fair price is to ask jewelers. If you don’t have a regular jeweler whom you trust, it is even more important to shop around and check the prices of particular gems. If you want smoky topaz, look at smoky topazes in as many stores as possible to get a general idea of the current price, although prices will vary with size and quality as well as setting. Still, you can get fair idea of fair topazes, or other gems, as possible.

Although the terms “precious gem” and “semi precious gem” have little meaning as the prices of all jewelry increase, the less expensive gems are probably safer buys from the point of view that there is less reason for anyone to try to sell a gem that isn’t what it is supposed to be. However, some inexpensive gems, such as turquoise and zircon, can have nature improved on by various kinds of treatment, and spinel and garnet can be synthetic.

Another problem in buying jewelry with gems is that the gems are already set. Once a gem is in the setting, you may not be able to see all the inclusions, nor may an appraiser, because the setting can hide them. A setting can also make up for imperfect cutting. That doesn’t mean you should buy only unset gems. The average person can be as taken in by unset gems as by set ones. It does mean that where you buy can be more important than how to buy.

Still and all, there are some precautions you can take in shopping around and looking at gems. These precautions hold particularly true for diamonds, which are most common gem purchased, and for few other stones.

A) Buying diamonds.
B) A diamond is not a diamond, any more than all that glitters is gold. There are two broad categories of diamonds, gem and industrial diamonds, and the first is the one that concerns the consumer.

The term “gem diamonds,” however, covers a broad spectrum of quality, based on the four Cs of clarity, color, cut, and carat weight. Although the terminology can vary from store to store and country to country, more and more jewelers in the United States are using the standards and terminology established by the Gemological Institute of America, GIA. These and other standards and terminology you may hear or see. Granted, you may find still other terms, but any reliable jeweler should be able to translate his terminology into GIA terms, particularly if he has taken GIA courses. The GIA standards and GIA quality certificates, incidentally, are accepted and may be used worldwide, especially for investment diamonds.

Investment diamonds are at the very top of the standards used to judge gem diamonds. At the lower end are jewelry diamonds, the diamonds you are most likely to find in jewelry. In Between are diamonds that are too good for ordinary jewelry. Hey are used in the best jewelry but are not good enough for investment purpose.

Although buying diamonds for investment purposes is entirely different from buying diamond jewelry and diamonds for jewelry, whose purpose is adornment, you should be aware of, and be aware, talk of investing in diamonds for the sake of diamonds. Diamonds have been bought by investors in other countries and are beginning to be thought of as being investments in the United States because of their dramatic increase in value over the past few years.

What you want to beware, as mentioned before, is the fact that the diamonds that have increased in value so much are the top quality stones and not all diamonds. As has been pointed out by a well-known diamond expert broker, an investment diamond must be flawless, be of top color (D - H on the color table), and at least 1 carat in size. Cut and color are more important to a diamond’s attractiveness in jewelry than minor inclusions that can be hidden by a setting, but even the tiniest inclusions can lower a diamond’s value as an investment.

You also want to be aware that diamonds meeting the investment criteria are rarely found in jewelry. For one thing, they are usually bought before they can reach the jeweler. For another, the cost at retail, often 100 percent above wholesale price, would not only make such a diamond prohibitive in price to the average consumer but also mean that the diamond would have to be held a considerably longer time. In addition, prices would have to rise much more dramatically for the average consumer to break even on his investment.

Buying investment diamonds, therefore, means going to a wholesaler, whom the average consumer doesn’t know and doesn’t have access to. In addition, a wholesaler must be picked with all the care of a retail jeweler. All the experts in, a wholesaler must be picked with all the care of a retail jeweler.

Despite the fact that investing in diamonds is a subject far too complicated, if you thinking of diamonds in this sense, you want to:

1) Consider only diamonds of very top quality, color and cut and of at least 1 carat in size. The smaller the stone, the less demand there is for it and the less it will get on resale.

2) Buy the stone out of the setting, if possible. The gem must be removed from its setting for GIA certificate anyway.

3) Make sure the seller gives you a GIA diamond certificate attesting to the four Cs. With so much money at stake and so few people knowing much about diamonds, there is always the possibility of fraud. A company or person that will take thousands of dollars of your money without providing GIA, and only GIA, certification of quality may not always be fraudulent but should be treated warily.

4) Try to get a Gemprint, which is a photograph made with a laser beam that “fingerprints” the stone. No two diamonds are ever exactly alike, and the Gemprint is proof both of the gem’s authenticity and identification.

5) Plan to keep the diamond for at least two years. Diamonds are a long-term investment.

6) Above all, make sure you can afford the investment and the gamble that diamond values will continue to go up. Diamonds, particularly those rare top quality stones, may continue to increase in price, but they can always go down in value for a number reasons. One reason is a recession. Another reason is that some dealers feel prices are so high they will have to level off or no one will be able to afford diamonds.

Many of the above points pertain to buying diamond jewelry and diamonds for jewelry, too. To begin with, you want to familiarize yourself with the terminology. Then, you have to consider how much money you want or have to spend, keeping in mind that you will have a far greater selection of diamonds to choose from for jewelry than you have for investment purposes.
The benchmark in price is one carat regardless of the kind of diamond. The smaller the stone, the less valuable it is and the less value it has.
Size is the first factor to consider because of its relationship to price. The second factor is color. Colors D - H are the whitest, most transparent stones. The problem with color is that it can be deceiving. The color you se may not be what you get, depending on lighting, the background against which you look at the diamond, and the setting of the gem.

A well know diamond expert whose firm buys only investment diamonds, offers the following suggestions for jewelry buyers:

1) Look at the diamond only under direct lighting. That means real light, which may be daylight or pure white fluorescence. Blue light will make any diamond sparkle with the desirable blue fire, and any diamond looks good in simulated candlelight. In addition, never buy a diamond at night, when no daylight is available.

2) Look at diamond against an off white or white background. The best diamonds are transparent, even those that may be tinged with yellow, and the slightly off white will give a better idea of the true color than any other color background. By the same token, yellow surroundings may make even the bluest-white diamond appear yellow. Thus, the background against which you look at a diamond can change the color or give the illusion that the stone is whiter or more transparent than it actually is.

3) Look at the top of the diamond, how the table disperses and refracts the light, to see how much fire and dispersion the diamond has.

4) Look at the diamond at a 45-degree angle to the crown, the 1/3 of the diamond above the girdle or setting, to tell the color. The top or table is only an indication of brilliance.

5) Try to buy or look at the diamond unset. A setting can hide inclusions. In addition, a diamond with a yellow tint will look better in a yellow gold setting, while a white diamond will look better in a white gold or platinum setting. Remember, a setting can hide inclusions, making it look better in the setting than it may look unset.

6) With a diamond of 1 carat or larger, insist on a GIA certificate. Any reliable jeweler should get you one for a small fee. Even though you are not investing in diamonds, the GIA certificate is your assurance that the diamond is what it is supposed to be, what the jeweler tells you, and what is written on your sales receipt. Although the gem will not be appraised for price, it will be appraised for all the other qualities.

Most, if not all, reliable jewelers will be willing to get you the certificate for a small fee that is well worth it considering what you are spending. In any case, your sale receipt should specify what the diamond is, as far as the four Cs go, and you should make sure it does or that you are given a certificate that spells them out. Both will also come in handy for insurance. In this case make sure you get a complete sales receipt, identifying the diamond exactly.

Based on these criteria, what you may have to decide is whether size or quality is more important, depending on what you can afford. Is size important? You may have to settle for an included stone with a slight yellow tint, if you want a diamond of 1 carat or larger. Is color important? You may have to settle for a white (D - H color) diamond, with a number of flaws depending on the size and cut. Is clarity important? You may have to settle for a very, very slightly include diamond of lesser color, again depending on size and cut. The Prices of these examples may be the same or so similar that there is little difference. So, how do you decide?

No jeweler or expert can answer the question of which is the better diamond because each has its own drawbacks. One stone is better from the point of view of size, another from color, and another from clarity. Still, color is what the average person sees. Clarity is actually less important for jewelry, as long as the inclusions do not interfere with the gem’s fire or brilliance. On the other hand, you may go along with the people who prefer a colored or “fancy” diamond and truly yellow diamonds, what are called “canary,” are as valuable as any fine white diamond of equal clarity. They may be more expensive, because they are rarer.

The decision is therefore, is one only you can make.

The GIA also appraises diamonds for individuals. You must make an appointment, however, because although laboratory facilities are extensive in equipment they are limited in size and space. In addition, the diamond must be at least 1 carat and must be un-mounted.

What Can We Expect Of Future Laptop Computers

Filed under: Tech Life — admin @ 10:39 pm

The portable computer market has gone from strength to strength in recent times. But be warned if you want the most up to date tech than you need to build up some patience as there are likely to be part shortages. It doesn’t look like anything will obstruct the rise of laptops at the moment. Also with notebooks now it seems like every 6 months or so the technology is already replaced with something else.

Gaming laptops are one of the areas that have seen growth. Prices are also declining because the technology cycles have become so small for laptops. For those who require mobility, the performance laptops offer in relation to playing games shouldn’t be frowned upon much longer as power is better. Even more indredible these days I feel is how slick the cases are becoming especially when you think about much speed is in them. Ok so there remains a difference in performance no matter how good gaming laptops have become but that should always remain. It’s a niche to pay attention to as purchasers are searching for smaller, more powerful systems as we speak.

A lager number of small companies offer custom built laptops to specialist markets. The advantage with a few custom laptops is that you get better after market components fitted in them. By being able to remove some additional things from the configuration you can actually save money on parts you don’t intend to use. Despite there being numerous of laptop computers in the market its not likely you will find a lot of options of high end systems. Custom made laptops cater for everybody despite their specialist requirements. High levels of customer care and support can also be found when buying custom built laptops. Numerous small groups of consumers acknowledge they are catered for better because of this.

It will fascinating to see what gets next. The current trend along with those mentioned seems to be inexpensive ultra mobile laptops. I feel the concept for such a portable came from the requirements of the 3rd world. Buyers need laptops that are weightless yet additionally big enough to be functional and simple to use. No doubt that companies already have their plans made up. The way things are evolving I estimate gaming laptops will become slimmer. New portables are seen every couple of months and I’m certain the next few months already holds a lot of promise for us enthusiasts.

I actually like the gaming laptops from rizeon.

Let me just turn back to TRUTH for a moment. In internet marketing we all attempt the HARD SELL because we have the statistics to tell us we have a minimal amount of attention span from our prospects. Ego; we need to sell fast!

Looking at this established theory, it may be established but it is not the truth. The real truth is that if we can become instantly familiar we can hold onto the prospect for longer. A good conversation, novel, film or song, all have an air of truth about them.

HOW DO WE INSTALL TRUTH INTO OUR PROSPECTS MINDS?

There are many ways to prise open the truth for your prospects. Be under no illusion, if you can get a 70% truth factor into your copy you will sell more.

Let me show you an example of truth (in the eyes of a major drug Co). The press release below is my example. In the context of this article it is not and never has been connected with any drug company. Truth…

“Today our scientists discovered a new drug that could bring an end suffering for millions of children around the world”. The trials planned over the next five years will be funded by private investors. A spokesperson for the department of health said. “We are delighted that Conuall drugs have made this announcement, we are however a little concerned they have investment only from the private sector. This may affect the price of this new drug to the NHS if the trials go according to plan”.

The paragraph above serves to illustrate the principle as to what this marketing article is about. We read similar events all too often in the press and yet no new wonder drug is ever actually revealed?

It is a fine example of distorting truth to fit the minds of the reader for profit. This subject is too big to cover in an article such as this so I will stick to the question at hand.

How do we install truth into our prospects minds long enough to take money from it.

That may sound harsh but that is the bottom line, we all think it but we never write it, who are we kidding?

Prospects will stay longer if they are reading the truth…THEIR TRUTH not yours. Some people have had the pleasure of reading other information on NLPology (which deals with relative truth in marketing) bottom line, if you know people well enough they will pay attention to you (or if they think you know them well enough).

Tips for writing the truth

First, take a good objective view of the type of person you are targeting. Now write a description of your prospect and make sure it includes the following area.

Your prospects personality type!

I believe that Personality Profiling your Prospects is the greatest untapped Internet marketing resource.

Let me give you a classic paragraph on a good marketing profile, this holds true today as it did back in the 1900’s when it was coined by the great P.T Barnum. He was a legendary showman and circus owner who was said to have coined the phrase “Something to please everyone”.

We call them Barnum statements.

What is a Barnum statement?

It is a statement that rings true with many people your daily stars are based on general statements that seem to fit the readers. This in psychology is known collectively as a Barnum statement. Using these give the impression of truth in your ad copy and has for the most part ignored by many copywriters.

Typical Barnum statements

1. You tend to be too self critical

2. You’re an independent and creative thinker

3. You do not accept what others tell you to believe

4. Some of your goals seem to be a little unrealistic

Adaptation to the above and countless other variations can be used to create credibility to your copy. Below I have used an example from a collective list of statements that could fit many but seem specific to the individual.

One of the important points to remember here is that everyone thinks they are totally different to all others. Considering most of the English speaking world shares the same media, this is becoming increasingly less so. It is the collective influence of our own communication that is closing this gap.

A small snippet form NLPology…

“Considering all the hard work you have put into your work is it about time you got something back? With so much misleading information it is hard to know what the truth is, how to know exactly what you need to do. The main confusion is that there are so many options and each draws you towards areas you may not want to go”.

“Your site needs as many buying visitors as you can get, you will get as many visitors as you work for. Once you have a good list, newsletter/E-zine or E books to sell affiliation and automation will then earn you money in your sleep.

So how do I get there?

“Consider the possibility that for a moment you have wiped the mind slate clean. Ask yourself; what do you need to promote your business on the internet? Don’t attempt to complicate the solution with your existing knowledge. What I have discovered is that making money in your sleep is possible but you have to know how to set it up first.”

For those of you who have read my previous article on “Sell anything to anyone” will no doubt recognized the formula I used above. Many of the statements are true for countless people in this industry.

Notice how much softer the approach is because your talking about how they really feel about themselves, by extension you are familiar with their plight, their TRUTH. More importantly look how many leading statements come into play, outright suggestions I want my prospect to do. Yet in the context of this conversation it does not seem unreasonable.

Consider the hard and soft feeling attached to these two words, in your opinion which is softer. You or You’re?

I would suspect the latter will be chosen by most because it is softer in its approach; it is not as sharp as YOU. Why shout when you can covertly suggest?

I have seen many ads that ask questions and set a particular thinking process in action in the minds of the prospect. All of them fail to identify with the client’s internal truth, I say talking because most questions actually make the prospect feel stupid.

Example

DO YOU WANT TO EARN WHILE YOU SLEEP?

Stupid question and one that most prospects will click away from.

Why?

Because they are desensitized to it, they have seen it so many times they know it is an established opener, usually from idiots with no imagination, what are they going to sell the prospect?

Asking for their (prospects) opinion as you would a friend in conversation the above question could be phrased to read like this…

“In your opinion how much would you need to earn to be able to do all the things you really want to do?

Think about it for a moment, calculate the figures and come up with a monthly or yearly figure. When you do this quick calculation an important observation may take place inside of your mind. (Did he just say your mine?)

For the first time you may become aware that if you have not made your fortune yet it is because you had not actually put a figure on it. Yes we all want to earn in our sleep, who wouldn’t! But in doing so we have to give our subconscious mind a little more to go on…a target!

The goal is now how much not the ambiguous fuzzy goal of “I want to earn in my sleep”. If you’re too lazy to think of a figure, you will never earn in your sleep.

Truth is relative and so is your copywriting so think what your prospect would think like, make relative truth statements and combine those with NLPology (New Language Patterns) of leading and pacing (See my other articles).

Filed under: Living With Shopping — admin @ 12:29 pm

Not really sure which water based lubricant to own? These questions might be answered in this fabulous fruity lubricant blog post.

Lubricants are not simply for hooking up. Getting oiled up for one on one fun is one of the most common uses for lubes, sexual oils and sex lotions. Using water based lube during single fun is safe, fantastic and practical. You will want your sensual aids to go in and thrust as noticeably as possible. If you like lube you should try it with your favourite Anal Toys.

If customers are looking for a lubricant which is safe to try with all dildos stick to a water-based lube, there are tons of yummy flavours out there like blackberry. And there are some that melt.

Current users can already know what fruity lubricant is most suited for them. But if you are experiencing a lube for the first time we would adore to recommend the following. It?s very best to start off with a water-based sex lubricant. Water-based sex lubricants do not stain and sexual lubricants are likewise totally safe to experiment on all sex aids. If you yourself wish to apply a sexual lubricant for mouth play we recommend you get one of the succulent blackberry flavoured ones. Anal fans tend to go for thicker sexual lubricant because these sexual lubricants are slightly longer lasting. Remember, the more water based lubricant you yourself try the more super sex you can have.
