Visiting Your Past To Claim Your Future

Are you wondering why you just can’t seem to live up to your
full potential? Do you often wonder what’s behind the fear that
continues to hold you back from accomplishing all of your goals.
Do you find yourself making negative remarks about other women
or even comparing yourself to other women, resulting in you
feeling inferior to them. Haven’t you ever wondered what’s
behind all those feelings? Somewhere along the way you lost
track of who you were and by measuring yourself to these other
women and what they have, it is continuing to harm you rather
than help you. It is damaging your self-esteem and your
self-confidence. You are looking for an identity and belittling
other women is certainly not the way to find one. You may need
to visit your past to find your true self. The answer may be
there.

As painful as it may be sometimes to revisit bad memories in our
pasts, it’s the only way to move forward from it. If you
suppress the memories, they will continue to have a negative
impact over you causing you to self-sabotage. You may not even
know what it is that’s plaguing your mind, but you need to
surely find out. Visit your past by sitting quietly and
thinking. May be you were teased a lot growing up, or your
family didn’t show you a lot of affection. Whatever your
situation, it has carried over into the present moment causing
stunted growth on your future. Sit and deal with your past now,
so you can move on to a fulfilling and satisfying life.

You are not your past; however, you past contributed to parts of
who you are today. You can’t change your past, but you can
change you. Stop living in the past and wondering if people are
judging you for things that happened in your past. No one person
is better than the other. We all have skeletons in our closets
and have to answer to a higher power and it’s not the next door
neighbors, family members, friends, etc.

Do not allow your past to control you. You will control your
past by visiting the problems in your past that’s holding you
back, then leaving your problems in the past, and moving towards
a bright future. You are not your past!

Select Your Gift For This Christmas

Filed under: Great Travel Tips — admin @ 10:16 pm

Trees, streets, houses and stores all decorated with millions of colored lights. Traditional and contemporary Christmas tunes floating from every radio and Television set. People hustling through malls and bustling about attending family gatherings and work parties.

Well its Christmas time, the most important season of the year as Jesus the savior of mankind was born on the 25th of December.

Christmas (literally, the Mass of Christ) is a holiday in the Christian calendar, observed on December 25, which celebrates the birth of Jesus. According to the Christian gospels, Jesus was born to Mary in Bethlehem, where she and her husband Joseph had traveled to register in the Roman census. Christians believe that the birth of Jesus, or nativity, fulfills the prophecies of Judaism that a messiah would come, from the house of David, to redeem the world from sin and bridge the separation between God and mankind.

During the Christmas season there’s a strong focus on children, the family, good will and generosity, and lots of good times. But we can hardly think of a Christmas without Gifts. Christmas is a unique festival of merry making and GIFT-GIVING

But where did this tradition of giving gifts start. Lets go back to the history. The tradition of giving gifts in this season owes its origin to Magi who started the tradition of gift giving and saved immortal life. He came from the east of Jerusalem to greet the Babe in the manger with gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh. The Magi were wise men and their gifts were symbol of tribute, worship and death - of Christ considered as King, God and the sacrificial Victim.
Though Magi are associated more with the Feast of Epiphany on January 6, they can be regarded as the pioneer in gift-giving tradition following the birth of Jesus.
Gifts can be classic, gifts can be wild, but loveable and unforgettable are the ones which are funny, clever, convenient and useful.

Christmas gifts hold so much of variety; it’s amazing to see their range and diversity. With so many things to gift with, most of us turn into a confused bunch thinking over. Which gift would be apt? Which one is to be given to the near and dear ones, to businesses and bosses, to clients and colleagues and…, your head starts reeling thinking about this?

As simple as a bunch of nice flowers, or a basket of season’s fruits; a box of candy or a pack of chocolates; a piece of toy, an item of trivia or an object of art; sheer utilities like a set of cutlery or something that pampers luxury like a box of jewelry…The list can go on and on. However, it eventually rests on the likings of the gift-giver and the recipient, the background of their relationship, along with their age and the social background. And also bear in mind that gifts might not necessarily be rich and glamorous in their worldly possession, but make sure that they’re rich at heart.

Gifting a woman is the most difficult part during Christmas. Candles, flowers, accessories, furniture, wall hangings, kitchen accessories etc all that a women needs and desires would be a perfect gift for her.

Candles are one of the best gifts for Christmas. Apart from the traditional long and huge candles, there are various other types, which include carved candles, color candles and most recent of all aromatic or scented candles. Scented candles are available in various shapes and colors along with variety of fragrances. They are used extensively these days as not only they produce light but also spread fragrance around the place and create a lovely ambience.

You can gift your daughter, or your wife or your girlfriend with a scented candle or with accessories and when your ladylove has a favorite bird; you can even gift her with a bird feeder for this Christmas.

Thinking about Christmas gifts the foremost thought, which strikes our mind, is gifts for the kids. Taking into consideration their age, it is very tricky to think about gifts for them.

It would be perfect to select gifts which they have been asking for a long time, this way your Christmas gift would be a pleasant surprise for them. You can gift them a range of things starting from chocolates, toys, video games, bicycle, and mind-boggling games, which would increase their thinking and reasoning ability. And since snowman and Santa Claus are their best friends during Christmas, you can also gift them with Snowman and Santa dolls which can make your kids happy not only for this season but for a life time.

Talking about toys, one can imagine about a variety of them. But angels, Santa Claus and snowman dolls would be ideal for this season. They are offered in the form of stuffed dolls, glass dolls, wall hangings and even in the form culinary sets.

And one cannot forget the candy canes during this season. The hard cane shaped candy comes in traditional white with red stripes and flavored with peppermint; however, it is also made in a variety of other flavors and colored stripes. They are also used a decorative piece on the Christmas tree. The candy cane is a traditional candy surrounding the Christmas holiday, although it is possible to find them throughout the year.

Christmas is a season meant not only for youngsters and the middle-aged people, but also to our own grandpa’s and grandma’s. One can gift them with a walk stick, a wall clock, a knitting set, a bible and many more things. If your grandpa has been asking for a new pair of glasses, then your perfect Christmas gift for your grandpa would be gifting him with one.

Giving Gifts is a way of showing your love and gratitude to people whom you know and care about. But gifting is not a costly deed and what matters to the recipient is the kind of gift which you give and not the richness of it.

Always select gifts, which will prove useful to the recipient and do not give a gift for the sake of giving one.

A Proven Link Building Strategy To Boost Your

Filed under: Tech Life — admin @ 11:05 am

Step One: Create a content rich niche web site, narrow in scope
with less than ten high potential keywords and with around
twenty to thirty relevant secondary keywords.

Step Two: Locate and make contact with other site owners who’s
site has the same theme as your site, and ask them for a
reciprocal link - having already placed a link to their site,
of course! If you build a site that is tightly focused on one
theme, content rich, informative, and above all else has unique
content, then all your peers will beat a path to your door,
asking you for a link!

Step Three: Get your site listed in all the top directories and
especially the specialist directories that closely match your
theme. Do the necessary research to find the most appropriate
category and spend time on creating attention grabbing copy for
your title and description.

Step Four: Write a series of content rich articles that focus
on your top keywords and submit them to the popular article
directories and submit them to the top ezines in your niche.
Writing and distributing one or two articles a week will build
you a lot of permanent incoming links.

Step Five: Locate and register with the popular forums within
your niche market and ensure that you include a link to your
site in each forum post you make.

Step Six: Take each of your most popular keywords and create
another content rich web site. Repeat steps one through to five
for each keyword and place links on these “feeder sites” to your
main web site.
