Smallmouth fishing is said to be best experienced in Southwest Louisiana. This is a place near bayous, canals, freshwater and salty lakes. The waters here draw numbers of smallmouth and largemouth bass ranging up to eight-pounds.
Smallmouth bass fishing is enjoyed by fishermen all over America. Searching and then finally catching the big smallmouth bass is a real achievement for the true blue American sport fisherman. It is considered to be the America’s number one fresh water sport. Believe it or not, this sport has grown 70% higher than any other fresh water sport in America.
The smallmouth bass is believed to be, pound for pound, one of the hardest fighting freshwater fish. The bass runs acrobatic leaps and does “tail walking” making it one of the most exciting fishes to pursue.
Before you go in search for thet elusive smallmouth bass, you must first know its characteristics or how it looks like. Smallmouth bass are habitually bronze to brownish green in color. It has dark vertical bars on the sides. Unlike the largemouth, the upper jaw of a small mouth does not merely extend beyond rear margin of the eye. The eye of a smallmouth is reddish. It has 13 to 15 rays of soft dorsal fins. Its length would go from 12 to 22 inches. And it normally weighs 8 ounces to 7 pounds.
Here are some guides and tips that can help you bag a smallmouth bass:

In the small town of Miyanoshita in the Hakone Area (close to Mount Fuji) there are limited eating options. Many people come here to stay at the Fujiya Hotel, enjoy the surrounding nature and relax from the city life. Mount Fuji is right at the doorstep here and if you are lucky and the weather is clear, you can see this mountain in all its glory. We stayed at the Fujiya Hotel but were not in the mood to pay for the pricey meals here. Hotel staff recommended several options around the hotel. The tempura restaurant was the only one open on this evening so we went there …
It is located just ’round the corner and uphill from the Fujiya Hotel (to be exact). The sign says “Tenpura” and it is lit up at night luckily. You have to walk up a flight of stairs before you enter the small restaurant. It was obviously a family run operation. The mother took orders, the father prepared the tempura and the daughter worked in the kitchen … well … maybe they were not related at all … It was close to closing time and we needed to order quickly. As with any place in Japan, we were thankful for picture menus. We selected several shrimp tempura entrees which were around fifteen dollars each. We sat at a table close to the counter. Behind the counter we saw a very intense chef preparing the batter, selecting the shrimp carefully, dropping it in the hot oil afterwards … Rarely have we seen this kind of focus in a tempura restaurant. Shrimp was served in a sweet sauce over rice. It was sooooo gooood. We immediately proclaimed this restaurant as having the best tempura in the world. The batter was just right, it was hot, the shrimp was large and fresh, the atmosphere genuine Japanese. We have tried tempura in many other places but this was just the best …
So, if you ever find yourself in Miyanoshita, ask where the Tempura place is with the “Tenpura” sign. Go in there for some really good tempura. Enjoy yourself and relax. Very authentic, very good and very recommended.

The answer to this question, in various cases, is yes! Locales such as Costa del Sol nowdays appear dear for most budgets still, there are still oodles of good buys to be had in various parts of Spain. Apartments in that Costa Blanca are still on sale commencing at 100,000 euros, (£69,750) & villas commencing at near 190,000 euros, (£132,500). Around Murcia & that Costa Almeria property is proportionally lower priced with renovation jobs commencing around 75,000E (£52,300) & villas commencing at near 160,000 euros, 112,000 pounds When a person buys off plan it will ensure that that value of that property rises as that the project unfolds & nears completion. Folks buying early in that whole building process win that best deal & return on investment.
Property around Spain is still rising around value and with the easiness of access from all European airports it perseveres in being the most loved destination for all year sun. It might be an excellent investment, with the addional reward of incredible breaks or maybe an ideal location for full time occupation.
There remain gorgeous sections of Spain that the excursionists & investors haven’t yet discovered. For instance the Alpujarras area of southern Spain is a stunning, mountained area which is a bounty of unexplored tranquillity and amazing prices. The yellow strands of Costa Tropical aren’t too far away and access to airports is straightforward through Granada or Almeria.
Stretching to your south called your foothills called your Sierra Nevada, your Alpujarras holds your regional capital city, your seaside community called Almera, as its south-east border, with your seaside community called Motril in Granada making up your south-western margin. The area includes a rich contrast in climate inside a limited area - you can be lazing in a sub-tropical strand barely 20 minutes called your home or you might be skiing in your snows called your Sierra Nevada barely 2 hours distant, depending in your mood and your time called year!
Property values in the vicinity are nowadays at preposterously great levels for near near Spain. A hamlet house around Valor needing repairs for near near 26,000 euros (less than £20,000). A 2 bed renovated home nearby for near near 155,000E (£108,165). A 3 thousand square metre plot for near near 26,000E (less than £20,000). New 2 bed apartments for roughly 85,000E (£59,320). Cortijos needing renovation for near near near 50,000 euros £35,000. Renovated cortijos for near near near 100,000E (£69,780). Why not have your own finca developed for roughly 120,000E (£83,750) or obtain a entirely working commercial olive producing farm - twenty-four hectares for near near 495,000E (£345,450). There are opportunities to purchase hotels, restaurants or bed & breakfast firms to supply you with a working income in this up-and-coming vicinity favored by the local population for near near their time off - and all of this at values the remainder of the country has long since forgotten about.
Investors would do well to act fast though. News of this previously shrowded region is coming out. Prices are starting to go up and so in the next few years the bona fide bargains here should be a thing of the past.

Within the United Kingdom, identity fraud has become one of
highest rating crimes to date. The UK government estimates
that each year identity fraud costs them 1.3 Billion.
Identity fraud has worked because many companies and people
in general have been convinced in some way to hand over
their items, documents or money. Identity fraud can remain
undetected for several months before anyone realizes what
has been done.
The UK has come up with an idea that is due in the year
2007. They intend to issue Identification cards that
contain information biometrically about the individual.
This information could come in the form of fingerprints or
an iris scan. Many people do not believe this will solve
the problem. No matter what the government does to protect
your identity, one thing will always remain the same. The
protection of your identity is largely your concern.
There are a few things that you can do in efforts to
prevent identity theft. This of course, is no guarantee,
but it is a great step in protecting yourself from thieves
and fraud.
When you are cleaning out your desk, do not simply throw
your personal items away. Items such as bank statements,
credit card statements, receipts and utility bills should
be destroyed. You could burn these items or obtain a
shredder. A shredder can do multiple things; it can destroy
your personal documents as well as compact discs or floppy
disks that could contain identifying information.
Additionally, some shredders will shred a credit card as
well.
Protect your credit cards just as you would your cash.
When you receive a new credit card, it should be signed by
you immediately. If you must destroy a credit card, you
should shred it by either using a shredder or cutting it
up thoroughly with scissors. If your credit card should
become stolen or lost, report it to the credit card
companies instantly, this will prevent the card from being
used. Another thing many people do not consider, is when
you are dining out, be watchful of letting your card out
of sight. One popular fraud is to simply take an imprint
or write down the numbers for use later.
Lastly, when you receive your credit card or bank
statements open and review them immediately. If you see
anything out of the ordinary upon the statements, you
should call the company right away and begin a
investigation into it. Additionally, if you should ever
notice your statement has not arrived on time, you should
make a telephone call to the company to investigate this.
It is possible that is has been routed to an address other
than your own.

0% balance transfers offer great short term savings, free up money to pay down debt quicker, and can ultimately save consumers hundreds, if not thousands of dollars in interest over their duration. However, the very best 0% balance transfer offers on the market only last 15 months. For many, this is not enough time to completely eliminate their credit card debt and they are faced with a decision: pay the new regular interest rate or transfer their balance again. For most, a fixed APR balance transfer credit card never enters their mind. However, this balance transfer offer is often the best option for many credit card users.
First, let me explain a 0% balance transfer worst case scenario. An acquaintance of mine thought he could save a few thousand dollars in student loan interest by transferring his balance to a 0% APR credit card. The student loan had a fixed APR of 7.99%. He figured he’d save $1600 the first year on his $20,000 loan, then transfer the remaining balance to a new 0% APR credit card the next year.
What he didn’t realize was that its not always that easy to get approved for a new 0% APR credit card year after year, especially when you have a high amount of credit card debt. When it came time to transfer the $18000 left on his credit card, he was only able to get a $2000 0% balance transfer. He was stuck with $16000 of credit card debt with a 12% interest rate and the clock was ticking on his other $2000 in debt. Instead of a comfortable fixed APR of 7.99%, my acquaintance got stuck in a credit card nightmare.
Fixed APR balance transfer credit cards provide consumers with a much better way to pay down long term debt such as student loans or car loans at a set interest rate. Currently, some credit card companies are offering fixed APR credit card rates as low as 3.99% for the life of the balance. A rate such as this is lower than many student loan and car loan rates, and can provide consumers savings of 3% or even 10% on long term debt each year.
A fixed APR balance transfer is also a good option for individuals with high credit card debt considering a second mortgage to pay off their high interest credit cards. For example, a 3.99% fixed APR may be lower than a second mortgage’s interest rate and it wouldn’t involve costly refinancing fees. More importantly, however, is the fact that a fixed APR balance transfer doesn’t remove equity from your home.
0% balance transfer credit cards offer consumers great short term savings. In the long run, however, a fixed APR credit card provides a viable, interest saving option for those looking to reduce higher interest loans and credit card debt over a period of more than 12 to 15 months. Imagine how much better off my friend would be if he transferred his $20000 balance to a 3.99% fixed APR credit card instead of getting greedy with 0% APR credit cards.

My life was always about playing ball, mostly baseball as I grew up. Therefore, I was always at the playground on Chancellor Avenue. This was a hotbed for sports activity in the Weequahic section of Newark, New Jersey in the 1960’s. From Monday through Saturday there were countless games taking place. Baseball at Untermann Field and softball on the blacktop. Basketball games, and volley ball games were always being played.
Mr Barone, Mr Drexel and Mr Harris oversaw the games that were played. Sometimes they even played in those games. They ran the show. Organizing teams for a given game or creating teams for a new league they took charge and got things done. I did not realize some of the things they did that impacted my life until I left the playground scene many years later.
I looked up to all three of them, for being fair, for listening when I had a problem and for being funny. Each one of them was unique. Each one of them has taught me in their own style.
Mr Barone or Mr B as most of us called him was about three feet tall ( really about five foot two ). The only thing that was small about him was his height. Playing ball with the teenagers was one of his favorite activities. He often was the director that played in the games when we needed another guy. I would also see Mr B talking to some kids in the batting cage teaching them some fundamentals about hitting. He always made himself available either on the playing field or by helping some kids with their homework. I appreciated that he gave of himself. So did many of the other kids. A great guy.
Mr Drexel or Billy Boy as we sometimes affectionately called him was the jokester. No matter how serious I thought the situation was Mr Drexel had his way of making the incident a little less severe. His lightening up of the moment always made us laugh. I loved that about him. He was noted for his chicanery on the field or basketball court. He would find an edge and use it. All within the rules. A Drexel play was referred to bending the rule as far as you could. Hidden ball tricks in baseball and sneaky out of bounds plays in basketball were two of his specialties. What was great was how often they worked. He knew just when to use them. A great guy.
Mr Harris seemed like the leader of the group. The other directors called him Bucky. I always called him Mr Harris. He spoke sternly and was always fair. He was the law. I had the utmost respect for him. I thought it was an honor to go to the store and buy him his Garcia Vega cigars. When he asked me to go I felt like I won something. A great guy.
For me these three guys were my mentors as I was growing up. Providing me with guidance on and off the field. There was always one of them at the playground to talk to or get things going so we could play an organized game. I learned about fairness, being stern and about taking the edge off in a seriousness situation from them.
And while I have not spoken to any of them in quite some time, Felice Barone, William Drexel and Bucky Harris will always be in my hall of fame. They meant a lot to me.

Working with your own coach can be a significant investment - even with hourly rates differing vastly across regions and countries - you are still paying a fair amount of money for the expert knowledge that will help you achieve your health and fitness goals and look after one of, if not, THE most important assets you have - your body.
So how should you choose a trainer and what are the things you need to look out for, ask them and receive from them?
First and foremost, you MUST ensure your trainer is fully and properly qualified. This means they should hold, at the very least:
1) A CPR certification - if you do have any accidents or problems your coach must know how to deal with them and ensure your safety at all times.
2) A recognised fitness/personal training qualification - this obviously differs from country to country and there are only a few internationally-recognised qualifications. Most countries have a self-regulating body - in the UK this is REPS (the Register of Exercise Professionals) and you should ensure your coach is registered here before you even consider hiring them. If in doubt, ask your trainer which qualifications they have - most won’t be offended but will be keen to show them off.
Once you are satisfied they hold the necessary basic qualifications, here are a few pointers to look out for. A ‘good’ versus a ‘bad’ coach should:
1. Ideally hold additional qualifications and be updating these all the time. As our scientific knowledge about the body increases, the methods with which we train the body change. If your trainer qualified 5 years ago but has done no further qualifications since, it’s likely their training methods & knowledge will be out of date. A leader in health & fitness training is the CHEK Institute - their practitioners work with some of the world’s top athletes, including PGA Golfers and Olympians. A CHEK-trained coach (even at the basic level) will usually be far more highly qualified than the personal trainer with a “typical” national training qualification.
2. Address more than just your fitness levels & give you more than just a fitness programme. Exercise is only a small part of what makes us “fit” and “healthy”. To help you achieve your health & fitness goals, your coach should address several areas of your life - your nutrition & eating habits, sleep patterns, stress levels - all of these affect & determine how likely you are to achieve your goals and if not addressed, can prevent you from attaining optimum levels of health & fitness.
3. Perform some initial assessments. In order to help you get where you want to be, your coach must know where you are starting from. You should be asked to complete a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness questionnaire) at a minimum to ensure your safety & ability to perform exercise and your trainer should perform some basic tests such as weight, blood pressure, perhaps body composition, girth measurements, lung capacity and aerobic fitness or strength. If more qualified, additional assessments such as postural analysis, spinal curve measurements and abdominal wall function should be tested to design a more accurate programme. And if your coach is really good, they will assess your physiological load levels to determine what type of exercise (strength training, cardio, meditation, stretching) your body is currently able to cope with. This is essential if you want to know whether what you’ve paid them has been worth it - if you can’t see the progress or differences working with a coach has made because they forgot to measure a baseline when you started with them, then although you may feel fitter, slimmer or stronger you won’t have hard facts & figures to prove it.
4. Discuss your goals with you and adjust any unrealistic expectations you may have. To get your business, a trainer may promise that you will lose half a stone of fat in 2 weeks or you’ll get the body of your dreams in a month even though you’ve never exercised before and are 3 stone overweight - this does you no good. You will have unrealistic expectations & goals from the outset and will be much more likely to become de-motivated & disillusioned when you realise you haven’t lost a stone in a week. Whilst a good trainer will not discourage you from your ultimate goals, they should at least educate you on the realistic progressions you are likely to make.
5. Design a programme that is tailored especially to your needs and your body. This may sound obvious but I have seen plenty of trainers run through identical training sessions with every one of their clients. This ties in with the third point - if they haven’t completed assessments & initial tests on you, then they won’t know what your individual needs are. You are paying them to provide you with a fully customised service - that’s why it’s called ‘personal training ‘!
6. Track your progress at every session & be working to a periodisation plan - you may not see them carrying a clipboard or doing this during the session but your trainer should know when they need to adjust your programme and what adjustments to make. If they’ve been winging your sessions and haven’t been planning & tracking your progress, how will they know what adjustments to make after a few weeks? They should have designed & be following a periodised training plan to ensure you are achieving your goals during each phase of your training.
7. Show you how to exercise safely & correctly - again this may seem a given but if your trainer gives you a programme and then just leaves you to it, they are putting you at risk and not only will you probably struggle to achieve your goals without their attention, you may even injure yourself. Similarly, if they are supervising you, they should constantly be giving you tips, adjustments or even just positive affirmations that you are performing your exercises correctly - not watching the sport on TV or chatting to other staff & clients in the gym.
All of the above are nothing however, if you don’t actually get on with your coach! They may be the most highly qualified person you can find - but if spending an hour with them (sometimes 3 or more times a week) is like spending an hour in the dentist’s chair or worse, then you probably aren’t going to get the full benefit of working with that trainer. They don’t have to be your best buddy, just ensure that you feel comfortable with them, can trust them and that you do enjoy your sessions - in a masochistic kind of way!

Friends share their lives with each other. You swap stories, laugh at silly jokes, and discuss tough issues. Whether it’s before death or after, no issue is tougher than grief. “Close
friends can make the critical difference in our coping with grief,” writes Judy Tatelbaum in “The Courage to Grieve.”
You want to help your friend, but may not know how to go about it. Where do you start?
Helen Fitzgerald, Training Director of the American Hospice Foundation, thinks you start with preparation. You review your own grief experiences and how you felt at the time. You also become familiar with the grief process [including anticipatory grief]. “Helping a bereaved friend is hard work,” says Fitzgerald, so you need to pace yourself.
Now on to the “tried and true” suggestions.
BE DECISIVE. “One of the mistakes we make is asking people in deep grief how we can help them,” notes David Kessler, Director of Palliative Care for Citrus Valley Health Partners in the Los Angeles area. But your friend may be so lost in sorrow that he or she doesn’t know what is needed. Kessler’s solution is to “step in and help.”
BE PRACTICAL. Offer to help with daily tasks, such as watering plants, mailing a package, and buying pet food. You may also offer to grocery shop, baby-sit kids, make phone calls, and prepare meals. Appetite wanes when someone is grieving so if you prepare meals fix plain food and package small servings in freezer cartons or bags. Label all cartons.
BE AVAILABLE. Because your friend is stressed and preoccupied you will have to spell out the ground rules. “Call me before 8 a.m.” “Email me any time.” “I’ll be the car pool driver next week.” Write these things on a sticky note and put it on your friend’s refrigerator. Remind your friend of these arrangements.
BE ACCURATE. When you’re helping a grieving person it’s important to “use the correct language,” according to Helen Fitzgerald of the American Hospice Association. Fitzgerald says you should avoid the word “passed” when speaking of post-death grief and use the word “died.” With anticipatory grief you may use words such as “close to the end,” “near death,” and “dying.”
BE A LISTENER. The National Mental Health Association says you help a grieving person by encouraging them to talk about their feelings of loss. The gift of listening will help your friend to ventilate, identify feelings, and see things more clearly. Ask prompting questions to help your friend reminisce about his or her dying loved one. Your listening may also serve as a reality check.
BE PATIENT. It may take a long time for your friend to come to terms with reality and impending loss. That’s why the National Mental Health Association says you need to be patient. You may hear the same stories over and over again and that’s okay. Obviously your friend needs to tell these stories and he or she has chosen you.
BE ACCEPTING. Bettyclare Moffatt writes about accepting friends in her book, “Soulwork.” There was a time when Moffatt got caught up in a “pity party” and cried uncontrollably over her losses. Though Moffatt expected rejection from her friends their reaction was the opposite. “They took me just as I was,” Moffatt writes. You may do the same for your dear friend.
BE SOCIAL. Your friend may be in so much pain that he or she pulls back from social contacts. Isolation is no friend of grief. Social contacts help your friend to stay in touch with the world. Chances are your friend doesn’t want to keep all social contacts, but you can encourage him or her to keep a few. Arrange to attend events together and provide transportation.
BE HONEST. If you think your friend is depressed or needs professional help, be honest and say that. “Don’t hesitate to recommend professional help when you feel someone is experiencing too much pain to cope alone,” advises the National Mental Healh Association. You may offer to get information on support groups and bereavement counselors.
According to an old saying, “A friend in need is a friend in deed.” Your friend needs you now. Still, you need to be aware of your needs and take care of yourself. You want to be ready for the day when you and your friend swap stories, laugh at silly jokes, and celebrate life together.

Louis Vuitton is a name recognized throughout the world. Known for their fabulous design and quality product. One must ask how did Louis Vuitton handbags come to be?
In the early 1800s Louis Vuitton trained as a luggage packer for a wealthy Parisian family. He was then appointed by Napoleon III to pack the dresses of the Empress Eugenie. Little did he know this would be the start of his rise to fame.
Because of his extensive luggage knowledge, Louis Vuitton began designing luggage for the wealthy who traveled. His first invention was to design luggage that was flat and therefore easy to stack in railway carriages.
It gained popularity at lightening speed. It didn’t take long before his competition was copying his design. Soon after Louis Vuitton marked his luggage with distinctive stripes and checkerboard patterns.
In 1854 the Louis Vuitton business came to be, as luggage began to be replaced with Vuitton’s ideas for handbags. Who better to design women’s handbags than someone who was an expert in luggage.
Originally the Noe bags carried 5 bottles of champagne. To Louis Vuitton’s surprise the Noe bag was extremely popular, and it wasn’t long before wealthy woman began to carry this elegant bag.
The Damier Canvas design debuted in 1888. In 1896 the monogram design was launched in an effort to counteract the replicas his competitors were marketing. The monogram logo was made of an intersection of the initials LV, finished with a curved beige diamond and 4 point star intes.
Still today, Louis Vuitton is recognized for its high quality purse. At the factory level, if a purse does not meet the Vuitton standards it is destroyed.
Louis Vuitton has been in business for an amazing 3 centuries and continues to be fore front in the hand bag industry.
